Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products. At A&E Integrated Services Limited we’re a manufacturer who stands by our products. A Warranty Agreement is our promise to customers. Our reputation is solid. We’ll repair or replace ? for free ? any part of product that isn’t up to snuff. At least for a certain amount of time.  Many of our Products is covered under 1 year standard warranty as well as additional 1-year warranty from time of purchase.

This policy is applicable only to A&E Dunamis  (‘Products’) described in the Warranty Certificate extended to the Purchaser along with the correlated invoice or the Certificate in the website page for the product being questioned.
This warranty policy is subject to the provisions as set forth herein and is subject to the terms and conditions as
set out on our website (‘Terms and Conditions’) .
This warranty policy only applies if referred to in a sales agreement between A&E Dunamis and the Purchaser and it will replace the standard warranty clause provided in the A&E Dunamis general terms and conditions of sale .

Warranty period

Warranty period might be different for different products, The warranty period starts on the date the products are delivered. By default, Purchaser receives above mentioned ‘standard warranty’ . On request, an ‘extended warranty’ or ‘customized project warranty’ can be agreed upon after evaluation of the specific application conditions.
Purchaser shall not rely upon any other information or documentation . Within the warranty period, A&E Dunamis will repair or replace any defective parts or fixture with equal working model in the same conditions or better.

Warranty product will be null and void if:

The product is damaged physically
The product is repaired, maintained, modified, and disassembled

The product is got burnt by fire.

Warranty limitation

Warranty product of product is limited to manufacturing defect
Warranty product of product doesn’t cover other accessories such as strap, lens, case, cap and others such as batteries
The warranty doesn’t cover replacement of product
Warranty doesn’t cover damages caused due to God and force majeure acts
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
